Great Lakes Timber (Lumberjack) Show
2:30pm, 4:30pm, & 6:30pm shows scheduled Thursday – Saturday 2:30pm & 4:00pm shows scheduled Sunday The Lumberjack show features chainsaw carving, axe throwing, wood chopping, one and two-man crosscut sawing, modified chainsawing, log rolling and loads of clean family humor. Speed climbing is also available to venues that are interested. For 25 years, The Great Lakes Lumberjack Show has appeared at State Fairs, County Fairs, Festivals, and Sport Shows across the United States. We take pride in presenting wholesome entertainment for the entire family. Every show offers a delightful blend of history and humor.

This interactive children’s show features the multi-talented Tom Strohmyer, known professionally as “Woody”. Tom has been performing since 1983, singing and playing guitar, keyboards, saxophone, trumpet, flute, and harmonica, in bands like "The Rockin’ Hollywoods” and as a solo performer. Every show features his many talents, highlighted by music and sing-alongs, juggling, some rock & roll, a little magic, dancing and plenty of audience participation, all rolled into one nonstop entertainment experience, sure to please all ages!

Rook is a rising force on the Minnesota music scene. Leader Jay Zabel has been in the music business since the 80s, as has drummer Bruce Vellenga and bassist Jerry Henning. Frontman Doc Sterling bring a unique blend of humor and entertainment to the band's shows, while guitarist, as well a longtime veteran of the music business, will amaze you with his talent and showmanship. The band is backed by sound engineer Kevin Elg, a 40 year veteran of the scene, and Chad Hopkins, a talented lighting technician. Musically, Rook will wow you with a songlist that includes many of the standards, as well as songs that will leave you saying you haven't heard that song in a long time. Your feet will lead you onto the dance floor to be a part of this exciting party.
